BB: Virtual Re-Start in Autumn 2020

Hope you have been able to enjoy the summer and the return to school has gone smoothly especially those starting a new school. I'm sure it will come as no surprise that BB is not yet able to meet back face to face and this is likely to be the case until November at the very earliest.

As leaders we met last week and agreed the importance of maintaining the lad's friendships with both each other and the leaders, so from the September 15th we will be running short online interactive sessions via Zoom every other week until October half term. 

The full details will be communicated later this week once details have been finalised, this will be a new experience for us all but really hope this is something you can get involve with.

End of Year Evening

We are please to announce an 'End of Year Evening' see invitation attached. Please join us on Zoom for a quick-fire quiz, games, scavenger hunt, but more excitingly to present the awards for best boy, etc which would have been normally been awarded at the annual Display and Awards Evening. Note: the boys individual badges will be presented at the earliest opportunity when we return to weekly meetings. It has been almost three months since we last met and this will be a great opportunity to meet together, we look forward to seeing you.

Stop Think Connect

BB Tuesday Activities Cancelled

Following new Government advice issued today that everyone should stop non-essential contact with others and stop all unnecessary travel, it has been concluded that all BB weekly meetings/activities should be immediately suspended. This advice will also cover other planned events / trips which are under separate review with the relevant parties and further communication will be issued shortly with full details of their cancellation, etc.

Fw: New Term Starts

Last night we started our new session with some Marching, followed by a Prison break and finishing up with some badminton. Welcome back everyone

New Term Starts

To all our members and anyone interested in joining we restart this Tuesday (10th)

Anchor Boys (5 - 7 yrs old) 6:00pm - 7:00pm

Junior Section (7 - 11  yrs old) 6:15pm - 7:30pm

Company Section &  Seniors (11 - 18yrs) 7:30pm - 9:30pm

In March we took six Juniors on the Battalions weekend Away and Kingswood.
We enjoyed many activities like climbing, archery, challenge course, aeroball, nightline, bonfire.
